Volumetrischer Klang
Das ZYLIA 6DoF VR-System, welches während der Aufführung des Philharmonischen Orchester von Poznań verwendet wurde, ermöglichte die Aufzeichnung einer vollen, sphärischen Klangbühne innerhalb und außerhalb des Orchesters. Aus Sicht der Zuschauer bedeutet dies, dass sie sich beim Hören eines Konzerts frei im aufgezeichneten akustischen Raum bewegen können. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt und für jede Position variiert der Klang, so wie es in Wirklichkeit ebenso der Fall wäre.

Immersives Konzert von Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), Steve Horelick und Jerry Marotta (Genesis) in den Dreamland Recording Studios in New York.
Die fantastische Performance dieser drei großartigen Musiker wurde von mehreren 360°-Kameras und ZYLIA ZM-1S-Mikrofonen aufgezeichnet. Dadurch sehen die Zuschauer das Konzert aus mehreren Blickwinkeln und hören realistischen 3D-Sound aus jeder einzelnen Perspektive.
Zylia’s 6DOF system of multiple synchronized ZM-1S microphone arrays puts serious unprecedented sound capture capabilities in the hands of audio practitioners across many disciplines. Working with the Zylia 6DoF VR set was an amazing adventure and journey into the future of audio. It fitted perfectly the concept of Perspective Control Ambisonic Microphone Array (PCAMA) built from four ZYLIA ZM-1S microphones. Using this workflow brings a whole new range of possibilities in the recording postproduction.
